Botting's Butchery has been locally owned and operated in Balclutha for over 85 years.
Our customers keep coming back because of our friendly, personalised service and fresh, top quality New Zealand-raised meats. We make all of our small goods using the freshest meat and recipes that have stood the test of time. Small goods can be made in a wide range of flavourings and with gluten free ingredients. Bacon is one of our specialties and we make it the old fashioned way so it fries up crisp and delicious. We also make our own dog rolls and have mutton skirt available for cats.
If you're looking for homekill processing, Botting's Butchery is who you need to call. We can process beef, sheep, pig or venison to your specifications and then package, label and freeze it.
