Botting's Butchery specialises in delicious, top quality gluten-free sausages, chicken nibbles, crumbed fish and crumbed burgers.

Coeliac disease is caused by a reaction to gluten, which are various proteins found in wheat and in other grains such as barley, and rye.

Craig Botting has coeliac disease and has to follow a strict, gluten-free diet, so he knows how important this is for some people. Also, some people have started to realise the benefits of reducing grains in their diet.

Here are some of the gluten-free products we make and a list of their ingredients:

Burgers

Minced meat, onion, salt, pepper, Worcesteshire sauce, tomato sauce, cajun spince, rice flour

Mediterranean Twizzlers

Pesto Stuffing: Rice crumbs, onion, egg yolks, pesto, capers, salt, pepper

Italian Stuffing: Olives, capers, tomato paste, egg yolks, onion, salt, pepper

Crumbed Sausages

Pork, Sage and Apple: Gluten-free sausage meat, sage, dried apple, freshly ground pepper, rice crumb

Pork, Pineapple, Cheese and Ginger: Gluten-free sausage meat, dried pineapple, dried ginger, grated cheese, freshly ground pepper, rice crumb
